Saudi Arabian French Fry manufacturer Al Jouf Signs Strategic Partnership with Belgian AI specialist Polysense

As part of its ongoing commitment to adopting cutting-edge technologies across its manufacturing facilities, JADCO (Al Jouf Agricultural Development Company) has signed a cooperation agreement with Polysense, a global leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Twin solutions.

The agreement marks a significant step forward in JADCO’s digital transformation roadmap and reinforces its position as one of the Kingdom’s leading agri-industrial companies.

Under the partnership, Polysense will integrate advanced smart-factory solutions into JADCO’s French fries production plant. The implementation will enable real-time operational monitoring, predictive analytics, and highly precise automation across the entire production chain — starting from raw potato reception and processing, all the way to packaging.

The project represents a major milestone in JADCO’s strategy to modernize its factories through AI-driven technologies, boosting efficiency, enhancing quality control, and supporting the company’s long-term vision for innovation in the agri-industrial sector.
