FLUID TECHNOCRFT INDIA
An interview from Mr. Vijay Pardeshi, Managing Director, Fluid Technocraft India
From a modest beginning, Fluid TechnocrFT INDIA has g rown into a trusted name in dairy and food processing machinery. The company is recognized for its innovation, quality, and reliable technology solutions.

FRESH & FROZEN : When was Fluid Technocraft India established, and how has the company evolved since its inception?

Vijay Pardeshi : Fluid Technocraft India was established in February 2023 in Pune, Maharashtra. In just a short time, the company has grown from a modest workshop into a globally active manufacturer of dairy processing equipment. What began with only a couple of labourers has evolved into a brand known for customised, high-quality, and affordable machinery serving both Indian and international clients. Despite being a relatively young business, Fluid Technocraft India has already made its mark by exporting machinery to countries like Oman, Dubai, Sharjah, the UAE, Ethiopia, Georgia, Nepal, and South Africa, while also catering to a growing domestic customer base.

FNF: Could you share the founding story of Fluid Technocraft India and the inspiration behind its establishment?

VP : The company was founded by Mr. Vijay Pardeshi, who started the venture as a one-man army after working in the industry as an employee. He recognized a gap in the market for cost-effective, durable, and customizable dairy processing solutions — especially for small and mid-sized businesses. Driven by the desire to make quality machinery accessible and export ready, he turned his vision into reality with limited resources, hands on expertise, and a deep sense of purposel As Mr. Pardeshi puts it: “My goal is to provide reliable, affordable, and customized dairy solutions that empower businesses of all sizes.” I built this company to provide quality products worldwide.

FNF: What were the initial challenges faced during the early years of the company?

VP : The early journey was filled with hurdles. With no investors, limited manpower, and only personal savings to rely on, Mr. Pardeshi had to take on multiple roles — from engineering and operations to sales and service. Breaking into a competitive market and convincing clients to trust a new name was tough, especially when competing with established players. However, his commitment to Customisation, on-time delivery, and personal involvement in every project helped build trust quickly. Every successful installation and export became a stepping stone that shaped the company’s credibility and growth.

FNF : Who or what has been the biggest inspiration in shaping the company’s journey?

VP : The biggest inspiration for Mr. Pardeshi has been the entrepreneurial spirit within him and the clients who trusted him early on. Coming from a background of employment, he understood both the technical side and the pain points faced by end users. That empathy — combined with his ambition to create something impactful — kept him going. Each export order, especially the first few, served as a powerful motivator. “Having clients from another country and making every export means something to us,” he shares. These moments affirmed that with hard work and integrity, even  newcomer can earn global trust

Our focus has been on supporting small and mid-sized enterprises with affordable, reliable, and customized machinery. Globally, we’ve already achieved significant milestones. Our equipment is being exported to Oman, Dubai, Sharjah, UAE, Ethiopia, Georgia, Nepal, and South Africa. Each export order represents trust from our international clients and proves that even a young company can compete on a global platform.”

FNF : What are the latest trends in food and dairy processing machinery, and how is your company adapting to them?

VP : “The industry is shifting rapidly towards automation, energy efficiency, and stringent hygiene standards. Clients want machinery that saves energy, is easy to clean, and meets international safety norms. At Fluid Technocraft India, we are adapting by designing customizable, modular, and energy efficient solutions. We also focus on making our machines user-friendly, ensuring they can be easily maintained and integrated into existing operations.

FNF : Which certifications and standards support your brand’s credibility in the market?

VP : Mr. Pardeshi: “From day one, we have been committed to maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards. All our machines are built using food-grade stainless steel (SS304/SS316), and we incorporate Clean-in-Place (CIP) compatibility to ensure safe and contamination-free processing. We are currently aligning with ISO and CE certifications to enhance our global presence, but even before formal certifications, our strict in-house quality checks have helped us gain the trust of both domestic and international clients.”

FNF : What has been the biggest challenge in scaling Fluid Technocraft India, and how did you overcome it?

VP : “The biggest challenge was starting without external investors or a strong financial backup. We had limited manpower and relied solely on personal savings in the beginning. Convincing clients to trust a new company was another hurdle, especially in a competitive dairy machinery market dominated by established players. What helped us overcome this was a strong focus on customization, on-time delivery, and personal involvement in every project. I personally handled engineering, operations, and even after-sales service to ensure our first clients had a seamless experience. Their word-of-mouth recommendations became the foundation of our growth.”

FNF : Could you share a few key milestones in your company’s journey so far?

VP : “There have been several proud moments in our short journey so far Establishing our first export order was a defining milestone—it validated our capability to deliver globally competitive machinery. Expanding our exports to countries like Oman, UAE, Ethiopia, Georgia, Nepal, and South Africa has been another major achievement. Domestically, our rapid growth in just over a year, from a small workshop to a recognized brand, stands as a key milestone. Each successful installation and every returning client mark progress towards our long-term vision.”

FNF : What business model do you follow to stay both competitive and customer centric?

VP : “We follow a model based on three pillars: affordability, customization, and long-term relationships. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all machinery, we customize every piece of equipment based on the client’s requirements, whether they are a small startup or an expanding dairy enterprise. By maintaining competitive pricing without compromising quality, and by providing after-sales support, we ensure that clients view us not just as a supplier, but as a partner in their growth.”

FNF : How has technology transformed the Indian processing machinery industry in the past decade?

VP : “The past decade has been revolutionary for the Indian processing machinery sector. We’ve moved from largely manual, labor-intensive processes to highly efficient, semi-automated, and fully automated systems. Advancements in stainless steel fabrication, precision welding, and digital controls have made machinery more reliable, hygienic, and export compliant. Today, even small dairy units expect equipment that meets international safety and hygiene standards. The adoption of better materials, modern design software,  and improved manufacturing techniques has made Indian-made machinery globally competitive.”

FNF : What role does automation and smart technology play in your equipment designs?

VP : Mr. Vijay Pardeshi: “Automation and smart controls are no longer optional; they are essential. Our machines increasingly integrate automated temperature control, digital monitoring systems, and simplified control panels. This reduces dependency on skilled manpower, minimizes errors, and enhances product consistency. For example, in milk pasteurization and paneer production, automation allows precise timing and temperature management, ensuring both safety and efficiency without constant manual intervention.”

FNF : Do you see Indian manufacturers moving rapidly toward Industry 4.0 standards?

VP : “Yes, the shift is definitely happening, especially among export-focused and mid-to-large scale manufacturers. Industry 4.0 is all about connectivity, data-driven operations, and smart production environments. While full-scale adoption is gradual, many Indian manufacturers are integrating elements such as IoT enabled monitoring, predictive maintenance, and process data analysis. At Fluid Technocraft India, we are taking steady steps in this direction by designing machines that can be upgraded with smart sensors and automation modules, keeping our  clients future-ready. We plan to establish stronger distributor networks, participate in global trade fairs, and introduce region-specific machinery that aligns with local dairy practices. Long term, we aim for strategic partnerships that will help us set up local assembly or service points overseas, making our brand more accessible globally.”

FNF : Has Fluid Technocraft India received any awards or recognitions recently?
