TNA Solutions will present its latest pellet and extruded snack frying technology alongside intelligent integrated processing and packaging systems at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025. The company will showcase the tna conti-pro PEL 3 fryer at booth W-2350, together with its distribution and packaging line-up.
The tna conti-pro PEL 3, manufactured in the United States and exhibited at an expo for the first time, is designed as a high-performance, low-oil-volume solution for pellet and extruded snacks. Its four-belt configuration enables even frying and comprehensive de-oiling, while continuous oil filtration and precise temperature control help maintain product quality and reduce waste.
“In the US, the trend towards portion control and the ‘snackification’ of meals is growing, with multi-packs and single-serve formats meeting both budget and lifestyle needs. Additionally, the demand for better-for-you options is leading to a preference for high-protein, high-fiber, and clean-label snacks.
Bold flavors, collaborations, and ‘swicy’ (sweet + spicy) products are also becoming mainstream, reflecting the growing interest in novelty and flavor discovery,” said Mukul Shukla, Vice President, TNA North America. “Whether a manufacturer is targeting higher throughput, tighter resource efficiency, or more sustainable production, the brief is the same — do more with less complexity and do it reliably.”
TNA highlights the benefits of its integrated approach through case studies, including a US popcorn manufacturer that replaced multiple suppliers with a complete TNA line. The solution, which combined tna intelli-flav® and tna robag® equipment, achieved sustained speeds of 140 bags per minute on 11g packs while keeping waste below 1%.
PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 runs from 29 September to 1 October at the Las Vegas Convention Center. TNA experts will be available to discuss processing and packaging needs at booth W-2350.
