Dry4Good Scales Natural Food Ingredient Production with New Technology
French FoodTech company expands clean-label ingredient manufacturing with precision drying innovation and €5 million investment

French FoodTech company Dry4Good is scaling up its production of natural food ingredients with advanced drying technology designed to preserve the original flavour, colour, and nutritional value of fruits, vegetables, and aromatic plants. The company’s innovation aims to provide food manufacturers with a natural alternative to highly processed ingredients and artificial additives.

Dry4Good has secured €5 million in investment to expand its industrial operations and increase production capacity. The investment will support the installation of new production lines, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and help the company meet growing demand from food manufacturers seeking cleaner and more sustainable ingredient solutions.

The company’s precision-drying technology enables fruits, vegetables, and plant-based raw materials to be transformed into powders, granules, and inclusions while maintaining their natural sensory qualities. Unlike conventional high-temperature drying methods that can reduce flavour intensity, colour, and nutrients, Dry4Good’s process focuses on retaining the essential characteristics of fresh ingredients.

Dry4Good’s ingredient portfolio includes natural fruit, vegetable, and herb-based solutions that can be used in bakery products, beverages, confectionery, seasonings, and prepared foods. These ingredients help manufacturers develop clean-label products with authentic taste, natural colours, and simplified formulations.

The company’s expansion will increase its annual processing capacity to 800 tonnes, representing a significant rise from its initial industrial capacity. The growth plan also includes additional production lines and the creation of new employment opportunities as Dry4Good strengthens its position in the natural ingredients market.

Beyond product innovation, Dry4Good is focusing on sustainability by sourcing raw materials from local agricultural networks and utilising produce that may not meet retail appearance standards but still retains its nutritional and sensory value. This approach helps reduce food waste while creating additional value for farmers and food producers.

With consumers increasingly demanding healthier, transparent, and minimally processed foods, Dry4Good’s growth reflects the broader shift towards clean-label solutions, sustainable food processing, and next-generation ingredient technologies.
