ANKO to Host Global Online Demonstration Showcasing Full-scale Factory Environment Spring Roll Production Line

ANKO
ANKO Food Machine Co., Ltd. will host an online demonstration on November 20 at 5:00 p.m. (Taiwan Time), offering a rare inside look at how a pack of frozen, deep-fried cabbage, carrot, and vermicelli spring rolls is produced in a full-scale factory setup.

The event will spotlight the company’s Spring Roll Machine (SR-27), capable of producing a spring roll every 1.4 seconds—boosting hourly output by up to nine times compared to manual production.

The online event will simulate a full-scale factory environment, following each stage of spring roll production— from ingredient preparation and filling to wrapping, frying, and packing—using the company’s latest end-to-end automated spring roll production solution. Participants will gain practical insights into equipment configuration, recipe development, and production management, making it ideal for food manufacturers planning to launch, expand, or modernize their spring roll lines.

The demonstration will begin in ANKO’s food lab, featuring equipment for high-efficiency vegetable processing and large-scale ingredient blending, and conclude with the introduction of other essential back-end systems for cooking, quality control, and inspection. ANKO experts will also share professional recipe guidelines and insights into key factors that affect wrapping quality and yield consistency.

At the core of the event is the SR-27 Spring Roll Machine, showcasing its high-speed, automated capabilities with a capacity of approximately 2,700 pieces per hour. Earlier this year, ANKO collaborated with customers to create new spring roll variations featuring cheese, seafood, meat, and fruit fillings. The SR-27’s pressure-free filling mechanism replicates traditional hand-portioning, maintaining authentic taste and texture while achieving industrial-scale output.

Additionally, attendees will further explore the Spring Roll and Samosa Pastry Sheet Machine (SRP), designed for high-volume spring roll pastry production. Interested participants are encouraged to secure their spot early via the registration link provided below.
